Samax: 55m Feadship superyach is for sale

The 55-metre superyacht Samax has been listed as a yacht for sale. She was built in 1996 by Feadship and has since been regularly refitted and maintained, with her most recent refit in 2018.

The 881 GT yacht for sale is built with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure to a design by Winch Design, who penned both her interior and exterior. Her original interiors comprise of rich woods as well as beige and cream soft furnishings which are accented by gold finishes throughout. De Voogt Naval Architects headed her naval architecture.

Her main saloon is cavernous, consisting of a lounge and dining area. Adjacent are an office, a gym, and access to the owner’s stateroom. Her interior has been designed with flexibility in mind, and to prioritise guest privacy and discreet service.

An intricately designed guest elevator and staircase lead to the bridge deck where a VIP stateroom and a second saloon are found. Separate entrances and staircases for crew have been included throughout.

The yacht Samax, for sale, accommodates up to 16 guests across eight staterooms, including a well-appointed master suite complete with a private lounge, walk-in wardrobe. The remaining accommodation onboard the Feadship yacht for sale comprises a VIP, two doubles, two twins and two singles.

The motor yacht for salehas plenty of deck space designated for entertaining and relaxing. On her sun deck, guests can sunbathe on her large deck space, take a dip in her Jacuzzi, or enjoy a cocktail from her bar in one of four seating areas. The main deck and bridge deck aft are both home to alfresco dining areas.

Equipped with twin Caterpillar 3516 diesel engines, Samax reaches a top speed of 17 knots and has a range of 5,500 nautical miles while cruising at 12 knots.
